EDITING, PROOFREADING AND LINK CHECKING
No one is immune to typos. Amazon has them. So does the New York Times. They still should be fixed. HTTP 404 Error? What's that? Like tomatoes, links rot. Periodic checks for rotten links on your site helps prevent annoying your visitors.
Where your message is displayed on the page is important. Is your most important information in the optimal location on the page? Headlines, link text and whitespace all play an important role in your site’s functionality. However, functionality means little if people can't find your site. A few simple steps, like choosing the right keywords, improving page titles and adding relevant content can make your site more visible to search engines.
EXCLAMATION POINT CONSERVATION
Why are you yelling? Unless you have something to say that's genuinely exclamatory, like "Your cat's on fire!" use a period. The right choice of words effectively tells readers why what you have to say is important or exciting. An exclamation point is a cop-out. Save them for when they're really needed.
